About Me
I am a first-year graduate student at North Carolina State University, pursuing a professional science master's degree in Microbial Biotechnology. I am a highly motivated student and researcher with a passion for helping others through scientific and engineering discoveries and developments. I wish to merge my understanding of the medical field, FDA regulations, and scientific knowledge to develop novel treatments for patients with difficult-to-treat diseases, with the hope of focusing on cancer drug discovery and development. I hope that my diverse range of skills and experiences will help push me toward success as I begin my career in the Biotechnology Industry.

Career Objectives
As a young professional, I am still working to figure out exactly what I hope my career will look like. Some goals that I hope to pursue as I begin my career include helping others, improving the well-being of diseased patients, and studying novel treatments for various diseases. I hope to begin my career in a research and development or drug discovery role in the Biotechnology Industry.

I will continue to develop my professional skill set as I work through the MMB program, and plan to focus on lab-based coursework to hone my technical skills in the human healthcare market. Additionally, my experience performing market research for industry practicum projects will allow me to be more knowledgable on how potential products will fit into the market.
