Final Project: Analysis of the Alternative Protein Market
This final project topic was chosen in collaboration with my peers. Our report included information on case studies performed on companies in this market, along with interviews with Key Opinion Leaders and a market analysis. We also provided recommendations for a company trying to enter this market. Our final presentation slide deck can be viewed by clicking the image to the left.
